"I haven't always been like this"

Remember that line from Gilbert Grape's mom sitting on her bed waiting to die? Well I too have not always been like this. I have, however, always been overweight. 9 years ago before my children I was 240-250. I'm 6 foot tall so I was what I consider normal people fat. Now I'm obese and I just hate saying that. I'm always the fattest person everywhere I go...the store, the park, Curves, the track. Everywhere. That should be enough to just stop. But I have much better reasons than that. ...

I have the two most beautiful children in the world. No seriously...BEAUTIFUL. They are sweet, loving and so so funny. This is the reason that I need to get off my ass and just do it. I'm not asking much. I don't care if I look HOT. I just want to feel good and be healthy for them. For Tylan and Ciarnan. I also know that if I do this it will only reflect positivitaly on my husband and our relationship. So here I go.

As of right now I don't have a picture of myself. Not my WHOLE self. Just the fat girl head shot. I'll try to muster up the strength to take one in the future. For now I'll just post pictures of why I'm here.

1. Stretch everyday 20 minutes.

2. Walk 30 minutes Monday-Saturday

3. Cut down to 1 Vinti Caramel Lite Frap-no whip, no carmal per week.

4. Finish "THE SECRET" audiobook.

5. Track all food in Calorie King

6. Gratitude/Secret intentions journal entry daily.

7. Make a doctor and dentist appointment.

I live in Virginia Beach, VA. I moved here 12 years ago from Iowa. I have a wonderful husband(Sam)and 2 great kids (Tylan-9 and Ciarnan-6).
