I am doing the twelve week workout program in Jillian Michael's book "Winning by Losing" four days a week and once a week doing BillyBlank's advanced kickboxing video!

Personal Information:
Right now my main occupation is being a mom, teacher, life coach, maid, cook, whatever the job demands, for my three kids and husband!

Love to run, ride my bike, sew, read a good book when I get a chance,
