Super excited to be starting over!!! After losing weight at the end of 2010 & beginning of 2011, found out i was pregnant with 3rd child! A boy this time!!!! I didn't gain much weight during the pregnancy because i could hardly eat anything lol....but afterward i gained 10lbs. So on top of that i already had 10-15 more lbs to lose. Now we all know that after having a baby you're exhausted & it seems there are not enough hours in the day to squeeze in a workout lol. My son is now 1yr old ...

My son is now 1yr old and i am committed to eating healthy and fitting in excercise whenever and wherever i can!

Checking in on you. Just want to make sure you are staying on track. So many of us say we want to lose weight, but continue to do the things we were doing before because we get too confident. The emoticon moves in the right direction one week and we act crazy the next week and instead of eating emoticon , emoticon , and emoticon , we scarf down emoticon instead of just a emoticon and eat a whole gallon of emoticon instead of just a emoticon . Continue to drink emoticon and challenge yourself to get in 250 fitness minutes this week. Good luck emoticon

Time for the emoticon St. Patrick's Day Challenge in Physically Healthy and Trim Sistazs! Make sure you log on, update your SW and GW today to get started. Work on increasing your fitness minutes as well as planning your meals. There are a a few trackers you can find on the internet. I think Word even has one you can download if you have Word.
