Super excited to be starting over!!! After losing weight at the end of 2010 & beginning of 2011, found out i was pregnant with 3rd child! A boy this time!!!! I didn't gain much weight during the pregnancy because i could hardly eat anything lol....but afterward i gained 10lbs. So on top of that i already had 10-15 more lbs to lose. Now we all know that after having a baby you're exhausted & it seems there are not enough hours in the day to squeeze in a workout lol. My son is now 1yr old ...

Week 5 Fitness Minute Challenge: 240 minutes by Thursday, March 17th

Some of us have accomplished our weight loss goal for this challenge, but most of us have not. Possibly because when we added all those extra fitness minutes to our schedule, we forgot to update it in Spark People, so therefore, we were not eating enough to provide fuel for all those extra calories we were burning. But we were burning calories and that is cause for celebration.

Commit to 240 FM by Thursday this week to finish out your St. Patrick's Day Fitness Minute Challenge strong! Remember to reward yourself for your success so far.

Look forward to the Easter Sunday Challenge, which should be up and running in your Physically Healthy and Trim Sistazs team by Sunday.

Week 4 Fitness Minute Challenge: 275 minutes

It's not too late to get started on the St. Patrick's Day Challenge. You still have 2 weeks to kick your weight loss effots in to gear and lose up to 5 pounds in 2 weeks. Let's do this!! Commit to 275 FM this week. I look at it this way, that's just 5 days of 45 minutes during the week, and then slip in 25 minutes before updating on Saturday. We will keep adding minutes each week. If you are already consistently exercising 275 minutes a week, challenge yourself to do another 50 minutes this week.
