I will appreciate any help. I am so friggin frustrated again. I am doing more cardio than I have done in a long time and I am gaining. Hey there! I just met you at the salon...thanks for the offer to help. I think you can view my foods etc. Any input would be appreciated. I just started tracking again this week. I deleted most of what I had done the weeks prior so I could start fresh.
Thanks for the comments and the support. I used to lift weights very regularly about 10 years ago, and hoped to do it competively. In the process, I lost about 80 pounds of fat and gained 35 in muscle. Unfortunately, over the last 10 years I have completely gone away from all that is healthy and now I'm getting back to what I used to love when I was younger and that's lifting.
