Nice to meet you, too! Yup, I'm a night owl I guess by nature, but I have to get up at 6:45 during the week so I can be at work by 7:30--not a morning person at all. I used to get by on 2 hours of sleep a night, but I try for 7 if not 8, with the exceptions of weekends.
I plan to be at the rally with my boyfriend and step-daughter--I'm looking forward to meeting more spark members!
My firm fitness goal is to get in at least 30 minutes/day, every day. I work out as soon as I get home, usually for an hour, but more on strength training days. Lately, I've been getting an additional 30-60 minutes of walking in during my lunch break and walk breaks throughout the day. I'm just trying to keep moving! 1614 days ago
