My Goals:
My goal is to get healthy and stronger, and if I drop a few pounds and dress sizes in the process that's totally OK!!

My Program:
I'm loosely following the Fat Smash Diet food/eating stages. Basically, I am eating a lower fat diet, cut way back on sweets, eat lots of fruit and veggies every day, have switched to whole grains where possible, and drink a minimum of 8 8-ounce glasses of water a day.

I don't belong to a gym, but do have a stationary bike (recumbant) and weight bench at home. I ride the bike for 30 minutes 2-3 times a week and do light weights and toning exercises 4-5 times a week.

Yes honey, I have been kickn' some major butt this 2009. I ain't messin' around shooot. I am so pround of myself I kicked another 10 pounds to the curb in MARCH and ready to do it again this APRIL..
