Jack LaLanne is known as THE GODFATHER OF FITNESS and he is 93 yo now and works out 2 hours every morning of his life. He has no sickness. He says he hates to exercise but loves the benefits. I found reading Dr. Phil's weight loss book helpful for motivation as he deals with emotions and feelings.
