Well Come to Syracuse Sparkers! We are a small but loving bunch of whackos... I mean... nuts. But anything you need and we can help! Just speak out!

I know the straight runs sound scary right now. I could not imagine being able to do them when I was in week 1, 2, 3..... But the program gets you ready for them. You'll be surprised how much you can do! A couple of years ago it was difficult for me to run 12 seconds. I'm serious. Today I almost ran 2 miles. You'll be running 20 minutes and more soon. :) Remember: you don't have to go fast! You can train for speed later. Just slow it down and try to complete it for now.

Good luck! You can do it! :)
