I need to Remember To Be Me!

I need to remember ...
- I have so much potential.
- I would be so Proud To Be Me if I lived up to just 75% of my
potential.
- I am STRONG!
- I will always have Aspen as a support. She will always be there.
- I am a HEALTHY person so act it.
- I am a FIT person so act it.
- I am CAPABLE!

My Program:
The treadmill is favorite.

Personal Information:
I had a golden retriever who was a real fight, a cancer survivor, Aspen. She fought for 4 wonderful years. She is still my best friend.

After Aspen, I had Utah. He was my lover. He let me kiss on him as much as I wanted. He was my boy. He had epilepsy.

I miss them both. I have a great husband and Sierra is out rough and tumble golden. She is a 'farm girl' who loves going to our acreage (on weekends).

Spark has been a huge help to me. I have made some priceless friendships.

Thanks for popping by. Unfortunately, gardening is sporadic, not a consistent workout. If I could shiver off the pounds I'd probably be a skinny girl!

DD works at Jo Ann Fabrics. She loves it. Part of my clutter problem is the fact she tells me about the sales and I go in and buy yarn. More yarn than I can crochet with.

So far no improvement with Piper. We are paying very close attention. She only limps after she has played hard with Lady and then takes a nap. The limping occurs when she wakes up and lasts a few minutes. Then she is back to herself so I have ruled out an injury. Now I need to find the best medication/supplements we can give her yet afford long term so that her bones, etc stay strong because we can tell that keeping her down is out of the question. She gets very depressed the days DH skipped taking her and Lady for their walks in order for her to rest. We are going to have to find a happy medium for her activity level. She LOVES winter and snow so that hasn't been easy.

Forcing a sync... sometimes I have to do this and I put my tracker right next to the dongle and hit F5 until the Fitbit site registers the sync. Here's hoping that you figure out what will work for you.

Try deleting your fitbit software program off your computer and then reload it. That has worked for me. I didn't lose any data either. Or force a sync first on your desktop application. You can contact them for tech support too through the website.

Just saw your comment on my status update about trying to have positive thoughts but being led astray. Your response about STOP, STOP, STOP is the same as one of the techniques my therapist taught me for anxiety. Works sometimes but my mind is powerful.
