I run because I can.
I lost 40 pounds about 2 years ago and felt great. Now I've gained some back and I'm ready to let go of 10 or so more pounds!

My Goals:
To get back into my old routine of running and strength training. Eating a healthy diet as a "no-brainer." To run 60 miles this month. Hopefully more.
My Program:
Do some form of exercise daily. Portion control, water, eat breakfast, healthy food choices (avoid white foods), eat more veges (a couple different colors a day)
