I got this last year for Christmas from my GF and my parents. I love it!

I don't diet...
That's why this site is so great. I can keep track of my calorie intake without going to any extremes. My main focus is on fitness right now and Spark is a great tool for keeping track of my program and goals.

My Goals:
The 2008 MS-150

The 2008 Pedal Power Wildflower Ride (a.k.a. ride through a freezing wind tunnel)

I won't beat myself up if I don't do all of them. These are just the top four.
My Program:
I cycle at least three days a week with one long ride on the weekend. I do a spin class once or twice a week for fun.
I swim for 30 minutes to an hour two days a week during the summer.
Personal Information:
I'm a teacher at an Episcopal high school. It is the most difficult and the most amazing thing I have ever experienced. I feel honored to be part of my students' lives every day.
