Relisa's Journey

Hello, my name is Relisa.
The number one lesson I have learned on my journey of
weight loss, is take it one day at a time, be consistent with your goals and keep your eyes on the prize.
Rome was not built in a day, and so health will not come in just one day, but as I am faithful to my plan, I will see the results.

Hi Relisa!
Getting healthy isn't as involved like they want us to be. You can get there without fiving up your favorite foods, without those spices. All you have to remember is don't eat as much processed foods, and try eating more greens for health. Of course you still need fat, so try eating the healthy stuff at the three main meals ( 1X a day almonds-A handful or 2t., ground flax, avocado, salmon, olive oil, sardines, ect. take care sqweetie. eva
