My Goals:
1. I am going to be eating either fresh or frozen fruit and vegetables.

2. I will walk on my treadmill 10minutes or more Monday- Saturday.

3. I will continue to drink water.

4. I will read material to help me better understand nutrition, motivation and wellness.

5. i will read other blogs submitted by fellow sparkers and encourage them that they too can do it.

My Program:
Simplicity is the key.
I will be cutting down on what I eat.
I will be recording what I eat so I can be aware of calories consumed. My goal to stay within the limits Spark People gives to me.
I will be walking 5 days a week.


Personal Information:
I am happily married to a wonderful supportive husband.
We are Pastoring a new work and are excited to see what God is going to do in the lives He calls us to minister to.
Please keep us in your prayers.




Other Information:
I love worship music, the classics, and instrumental music.
I love to teach the word of God and I am here for you to pray and encourage you in this walk called faith.

Have you ever heard the expression "use it or lose it"? It's true! If you don't use your body, you will surely lose it. Your muscles will become flabby and weak. Your heart and lungs won't function efficiently. And your joints will be stiff and easily injured. Inactivity is as much of a health risk as smoking! So on this Monday, let's get up and move. Moving is the secret to good health & weight loss...come on and join me!! HAVE A MOTIVATING & MOVING MORE MONDAY!! Your reward will be priceless!!
