My goal has always been to learn how to live a more healthier lifestyle. My plan is to walk more on my treadmill. I am focusing this year on renewing my mind with the Word of God.

My Goals:
1. I am going to be eating either fresh or frozen fruit and vegetables.

2. I will walk on my treadmill at least 30 minutes.

3. I will continue to drink water.

4. I will read material to help me better understand nutrition, motivation and wellness.

5. i will read other blogs submitted by fellow sparkers and encourage them that they too can do it.

My Program:
Simplicity is the key.
I will be cutting down on what I eat.
I will be recording what I eat so I can be aware of calories consumed. My goal to stay within the limits Spark People gives to me.
I will be walking 5 days a week.


Personal Information:
I am happily married to a wonderful supportive husband.
We are Pastoring a new work and are excited to see what God is going to do in the lives He calls us to minister to.
Please keep us in your prayers.




Other Information:
I love worship music, the classics, and instrumental music.

Am running out to every movie on Jesus, even if some of them are human interpretation. Also going to many church plays, and musicals about Easter. I guess this time is really busy for me. yet you are always busy. Did you want that cheap scale I bought? it would be no trouble to send it to you. Are you still doing Get On The Bus? Always remember you really don't need extra cook books unless you want to know how to cook like others. Did you see my burrito casserole in forum II, yummy? Anyway, remember to always put vegetables in a lot of foods to fill you up. Have go to healthy foods to binge on that won't cause you to gain weight, and always eat food that look the way they were born. Eating healthy fats at every meal helps to move fat out, block sugar binges, and block inflammation. If you aren't losing more than 2 pounds of weight at the amount of exercise you were doing before of hour a day & eating 1200-1400 calories, you may have food intolerances. they show up by keeping you bloated, not moving your bowels enough, and not letting the scale move down, unknown aches and pains, headaches, ect.. That was what my next classes will be about, if I continue this. have a blessed day, love eva.
