My Goals:
1. I am going to be eating either fresh or frozen fruit and vegetables.

2. I will walk on my treadmill 10minutes or more Monday- Saturday.

3. I will continue to drink water.

4. I will read material to help me better understand nutrition, motivation and wellness.

5. i will read other blogs submitted by fellow sparkers and encourage them that they too can do it.

My Program:
Simplicity is the key.
I will be cutting down on what I eat.
I will be recording what I eat so I can be aware of calories consumed. My goal to stay within the limits Spark People gives to me.
I will be walking 5 days a week.


Personal Information:
I am happily married to a wonderful supportive husband.
We are Pastoring a new work and are excited to see what God is going to do in the lives He calls us to minister to.
Please keep us in your prayers.




Other Information:
I love worship music, the classics, and instrumental music.
I love to teach the word of God and I am here for you to pray and encourage you in this walk called faith.

Your hedgehog picture brings back a sweet memory. I held a young armadillo once. We were in a remote town in Guatemala. They had found it in the rainforest and were taming it to be a pet. The main things I remember were that it was such an adorable marvel, and it was shaking because it was so scared. I'm glad your picture looks happy instead!
