    The main message for weight loss: EAT LESS, MOVE MORE!
    Start this week with eating less.
    First, be sure you have written your Spark plan including your weight loss goal and Calorie & Fat limits (to change eating behaviors)

    •Start today to monitor your calories and fat to meet your limits as planned

    •Use the tools of self-monitoring and self-commitment to insure your success!

    •Locate sample menus for your calorie limit for guidance

    • Write down everything you eat (REMEMBER write it as you eat it)

    • Be diligent in keeping your food and fitness journals.

    • Stop eating when you reach you daily limits ☺
