I am so blessed with the ability to share with you my journey.
My goal is to eat healthy. I am going to be working toward eating more fruit and veggies in my diet. I am choosing either fish or chicken, or Turkey for my meat. I will allow myself to have red meat only once a week, and once and awhile I will allow ham. I will also be implementing more eggs for protein, be it for breakfast or to top a nice tossed salad.
I will for physical exercise be walking on my treadmill five days a week, for 30 minutes or longer if possible. My goal is to work toward stepping up my time to walk longer .
Above all, I love to encourage people and to cheer others on as they travel along on their journey.
I am a born again Christian and I love to share Jesus with anyone who would like to hear about Him. My goal is to always share words that inspire and affirm others in the faith.
I know that with God all things are possible.

Fitness Minutes: 17,377

My Goals:

1. I will be eating more veggies and fruit in my diet.
2. I will be having in the mornings either my protein drink .
3. I am choosing to drink more water. I do not drink enough water. I do have one cup of coffee with creamer in the morning and at times will have herbal tea at night .
4. I will work toward exercising more.
5. I will devote myself to come on at least one time of day , five times a week.
6. I will respond to notes shared with me and send goodies and encouragements to those who reach out .
7. I am determined to never quit. I may step aside for a season, but I will choose to come back and begin again.
8. I choose to believe that one day I will reach my goal.

My Program:
Just making sure to eat more fruit and veggies in my diet. Make sure to eat lean cuts of meal and cut out the junk food from my life.
Walking 5 times a week
Cooking what I know I will eat and staying closer to a healthy recipe.

Personal Information:
I am happily married to a wonderful supportive husband.
We are Pastoring a new work and are excited to see what God is going to do in the lives He calls us to minister to.
Please keep us in your prayers.

Other Information:
I love worship music, the classics, and instrumental music.
I love to teach the word of God and I am here for you to pray and encourage you in this walk called faith.

    What's happening with you lately? We babysit grandkids yesterday. Today I'm catching up on a few things. Planning a mountain drive next week to take in the Fall colors.

    It's a gorgeous sunny day here. One of the grandsons is spending time with us this week. Grandad just took him to the pet store to buy food and other goodies for the dogs. I'm redoing my craft room today so I can get started on another afghan.

    Looks like you are down 20#. Great job. I've been eating clean myself and have dropped 20#. Funny how that works when I don't cheat.😀
    I seem to do so much better when I don't eat bread and dairy. Occasional cheese or yogurt. And drink all the water. I'm working on the next 20 now. Let's do it!!! emoticon Rochelle
