My Goals:
- To complete a 21 day NoS streak that reflects my commitment
- Be in shape to go back on waterfront staff as a lifeguard and swim instructor for summer 2014

My Program:
I am following the main tenets of the NoS diet which are:

Eat 3 meals a day:
NO
Snacks
Sweets
Seconds
except on days that begin with the letter S

I am logging my food

I am working with a therapist on the emotional and psychological elements that are eating disorder related

Personal Information:
I am a 40 something woman who is a wife of 20 years; mom to 3 boys and a marketing and communications specialist.

I have always struggled with my weight and body image and I'm in the process of breaking a few unhealthy cycles.


Other Information:
I am a swimmer and have recently found Water Gym which is a great deep water fitness program.

I was a runner and ran in a few 5Ks a trail 5 miler and a 10K. I developed plantar faciitis and am still not 100% so I stopped running awhile ago.

I use the elliptical in my basement and the pool for workouts right now.

I typically work out early in the morning. Clock set for 5:30 and I'm at the local pool by 6am.

Thanks for stopping by my page.. and aquafit is probably the same as water gym. I have taken 8 different classes. Some focused on walking (3xmore work than on land but slower) and others using water weights and others using your own body, water zumba etc. I have taken what I love from my favourite classes and combined them so some is in deep water and some is in chest high water. It's all great!

Thanks for stopping by and checking out my habitcal. I'm very mindful this time how things can derail for me after 5 months...

I'm so glad our team is active, I don't recall in 2012 how active it was...spent more time on the No S site I believe.
