HI! I was just reading your status comment - not sure just exactly what you are referring to - but if it's food, then I agree wholeheartedly!!! I find it easy to be good about food in the morning and even in the afternoon - but evenings are so hard for me - like I go crazy picking on anything I can find!! These past two weeks have been harder than ever - I've gained back about 6 pounds and am very frustrated with myself. Right now I am promising myself that as of today I am going to avoid that night time snacking!
