I am marriied with four grown children, We have 11 grandchildren and two great grandchild. I was introduced to SPARKPEOPLE.COM February 2010 by my dietician and have lost 60 pounds. I exercise each morning on a stationary bike for 45 to 60 minutes. I look forward to a continued regimen of diet and exercise. I retired from the U.S. Coast Guard with a disability in 1979. My wife of 49 years and I both ride our own Harley-Davidsons and enjoying touring Canada and United States. Our longest ride ...

Our longest ride in one day was from Prince Edward Island to Massachusetts which was a little over 600 miles.
