My Program:
CARDIO:90 MINS/DAY
- burning at least 850 calls

STRENGTH TRAINING: 5 days/wk
- working arms/legs/abs alternating days

REDUCING CALORIC INTAKE
- from 1700 to 1200

Thus, estimating to lose 8400 cal/wk- some of that ought stay off eh?!
