- A healthy weight of 132 lbs.

- Fasting blood sugar: 4-7 mmol/L

- Blood pressure: 130/80

My Program:
- Eat a low-carb, low-glycemic diet .
- Keep my frig stocked with freggies .
- One of my daily meals shall be a large salad.
- Drink lots of water and green tea.

- Purposefully exercise 30 minutes per day.
- Take at least 5,000 steps per day .
- Strength train 3x per week .
- Not sit at my computer for long periods of time, (except at work).

- Use SparkPeople... wisely.

- Live my life NOW, and not "10 lbs. from now".

If you have 30 mins to spare make it an "active 30 mins"; walk, garden, strength or yoga, anything. You'll be glad you did!!

emoticon Well hello there. I was so glad to see you pop up. How have you been. How's the walking, still taking care of that heart? I can't say my eating has been good for awhile now. I have to get back at it. I think I feel the most unhealthy right now than I have been in a long time. Not good for sure.

Are you ready for Christmas? I think I just about have it. I have some cleaning I need to get done. Terry had knee surgery, then a week later our daughter had a kidney stone and had to have surgery to remove it. So I am a bit behind there. But it will get done, it always does.
