LET'S DO THIS!

Turning 51 in February.....would so like to be healthier......would like to start a fitness program but I have always, always hated any type of exercise.....My goal is to lose weight, try to exercise without it looking like exercise.....I am really hoping this site will help keep me motivated

Have a little Bella (ChiChihuahua :-))
She could lose a few pounds also.

Other Information:
I do love to cook but all my receipes are Southern....I grew up on that type of food.....its hard to change
