Hi, I'm Audrey. I just turned 31 and I'm ready to live a healthier life! I need to drop about 60 lbs. I have a 2 yr old daughter who keeps me busy everyday. I need to set a healthy example for her, so I want to begin cooking low fat meals to share with her and my husband. The Biggest Loser is my favorite show, it's so motivating!

You know what sometimes, you need to give yourself a break so you can jump back in re-engergized. It's like Tony says, "Do YOUR best and forget the rest".

Look at this as something you are doing until they day they haul you off in a hearse (not to be morbid), but I mean that this isn't a quick fix it's learning a new lifestyle. However, also keep in mind that everyday that slips by is one more day of feeling blah and we can't ever get those days back. All we can do is make the current day a good one.

I have really struggled getting out of bed this week, but after I finally did drag my butt out of bed and got moving I really did feel better. Taking a break IS needed from time to time, but it is so easily derailed by those little demonic voices in the back of our heads telling us that we will never get there. Telling us that we are wasting our time. Telling us that we aren't worth the work. Don't fall for it. You are worth the work and the happiness that reaching your goals will bring you, will trickle down into every single other aspect of your life.

You can do this! You want to do this! You are worth doing this!

Get it girl!!!
