It's been quite a while since I visited this page! This has been a very hectic and life changing (and challenging) year! My father passed away after suffering from Alzheimer's and Parkinson's for several years. I quit my job and am in the process of looking for new one. My brother and his wife moved from Indiana to Dallas, TX. I injured my shoulder at the beginning of last summer and went through 8 weeks of physical therapy. Lots of changes!

My father passed away after suffering from Alzheimer's and Parkinson's for several years. I quit my job and am in the process of looking for new one. My brother and his wife moved from Indiana to Dallas, TX. I injured my shoulder at the beginning of last summer and went through 8 weeks of physical therapy. Lots of changes!

I have 'fallen off the wagon'. I believe I have gained back just about all the weight that I took off! I know it's time to get it together. Today I am setting two short term goals. 1. Write in a food journal every day, and enter it into SparkPeople! 2. Exercise for at least 10 minutes a day and enter this into SparkPeople!

As for my long term goals, I'm trying to think of them as health goals, not weight goals. I want to build from writing in my journal every day to eating healthier. I want to increase the exercise time, but I know I need to start slowly and build up as I'm able.

Hey, there! Let's just keep encouraging each other again and again and again!! I really think I am going to eventually get there, but I cannot believe how unbelievably difficult it is through all of the discouragement of life!! You go, girl!! We can!!!
