I was just checking your spark page to see where you are from because of the bad weather you are having and you remind me alot of myself at 25. I'm 45 now. I've battled my weight my whole life at various times my clothing size has ranged from 4 to 14. For most of my teens and twenties I weighed about138...your current weight and my goal was also 120. I did reach this goal a couple of times, but could never maintain that weight for very long.
Basically I was never satisfied with my weight and risked my health on numerous occasions trying to hit that magic 120...
My only advice to you is try to maintain a good healthy weight that you can maintain, and try to work out for your health and (you'll look better too!!)
I wish I would have put more effort into maintaining my weight in the 130's and spent less time gaining and reloosing over and over again.
I was up to 183 when I joined spark and I'm shooting for 133 by my 46th birthday in May. Good luck on reaching your goal. And I wish you more luck than I had at maintaining a healthy weight without all the Yo Yo dieting that I experienced.
