I'm on a mission
Already somewhat depressed about turning 30 this year...am now experiencing all the "old age" symptoms (body aches and stiffness, getting injured more easily, slower metabolism). It's also not as easy to keep weight off as it used to be, and I'm determined to continue to NOT look my age.

hit the gym 6 times a week...cardio 30 mins each day...strength training every other day...weight training every day, alternating body parts worked Calorie counting and portion control, no processed foods, one night of dining out a week
