50 Shades of Sweat

My name is Theresa, I am 5 11 and when I started spark people I weighed 249 pounds. My BF percentage is over 40 percent. Needless to say I am ready to sweat off all the horrible things I have done to myself. I am ready to feel my ab muscles working and my thighs to no longer touch. I am ready for this. Its hard to fight back when all you want to do is eat. But I am going to stick with this. Loose the fat and be happier and healthier.

Thanks for stopping by with the encouragement on the blog!

C25K (AKA the Couch to 5K program) is a plan from starting off as a couch potato and working up to a 5K run. It's structured, and has a bunch of different means, methods and even smartphone apps. It's challenging, but a great way to start running, I think.
