Thanks for adding me as a friend... I'll add you too!! The worst thing you cn do is be all or nothing. It's my downfall all the time. This time I refuse to be that way this time. I turn 40 this year in November, and I thought to myself... "I can be fat and 40 or fit and 40... either way I will still turn 40!!" LOL I think you can do it. No... I know you can do it. Just let yourself ride the wave and don't get obsessed. Make small changes and healthier choices every day and soon you will see that after a while it becomes habit and you don't have to think about it so much!!
Try to blog a few times a week. Do me a favor... As soon as you get a minute (or right now), write a quick blog about your post today and how you were feeling when you made the decision to order the take out rather than just drive to the store. Then make a couple of comments about how you feel about it now. Then tomorrow, write something else about yor day and pretty soon, you will see that just keeping a small journal of your feelings makes the weight you carry on your shoulders a little lighter and easier to bear.
