Less Talk, More Action

My ultimate goal is to stop sucking in. I've done it since before I can remember. I'm tired of not being able to breathe when I tie/buckle my shoes.

I believe that my being overweight is the primary reason for many heath issues, such as foot pain/plantar fasciitis, early onset of IBS, fatigue, increased allergies, stress, and more. I miss being myself.

It's time to fight back.

Happy Monday!

I'm out of work today. No exercising for me until Wednesday—having a little procedure done on Tuesday and I am off my blood thinner. Planning to rest and relax. I enjoyed my mother/daughter day. I rocked it Friday and Saturday...Sunday not so much. But today is a new day...fresh start.
