My goal is to get back to the weight I was at 30 yrs old. I was very active, running biking doing biathlons, 5k & 10k races and in the best shape of my life. All this is leading up to my ultimate goal to hike the Appalachian Trail when I am 55.
I'm modifying my food intake - now workiing with a nutrionist
working out 3 days a week at a gym
trying to get out and socialize more as I have become a bit of a recluse
