I had just lost 10 lbs... so I was about 242 in this pic... and even though that's def not my goal weight, you can def see how happy I am about my self! I look good from the inside-out!

This is the dress I want to wear to my 5 yr reunion. I hung it up in my room so I will see it everyday. So far... it's been totally motivating!! It's right over my alarm clock... and that really gets me out of bed and into the gym!!

My friend recently posted a before pic on her myspace of herself 100lbs heavier. I've known her for years... I noticed she looked good, but I just thought that maybe she wasn't as heavy as I remembered her being... but she was... and I was floored... I also thought, "Hey, I could afford to lose 100+ lbs." So, I asked her how she did it... and she told me about this site... so here I am... Hopin' to work and learn new habbit and become a healthier, smarter me!

My Goals:
Ultimately I want to wear my size 13/14 dress from my high school junior year homecoming to my 5 year high school reunion and see my ex and show off how hot I got after dumping him!! However, if my HC dress is too big... I will be pretty happy with that too! And will find some hot stylish outfit to show of my FAB me!
I want to be healthy, and get fit using tools and habbits which I will stick with for the rest of my life.
At the 'least' I'd like to have a 32.5 in. waist so I will have a healthy Omentum. I really hope to have a slimmer Omentum, but I'll take healthy.
Smaller goals:: get on here everyday to blog my progress and look at other things on this site. There is so much, I'm pretty overwhelemed, honestly. I don't know where to start!
I would like to walk the dog more.

My Program:
I'm goin' to focus on getting a set amount of calories a day. I'm going to stick around 1300. I'm just gettin' started so I'm tryin' to take baby steps like it's been recommended and I'm going to try to walk up and down my street before bed every night. I was doing this with my dog... but she died... and I don't feel very safe with my other dog, being as he's just a little guy, and my dog was a german shepherd.
