May is National Strawberry Month..... and its my favorite fruit!!!
January 2013 is here and rolling, I am working on me. Taking it one day at a time and making the best out of it. I know what I need and how to get there, now I just need to use that key called consistency. May 7, 2013 update. we fall down but we get up.... I am working on me one day at a time!

My Goals:
Instead of doing my whole year of goals, I am breaking them down into 3 month increments. Goals 1. Drink 8 glasses of 8 oz water daily 2. Exercise 5 times a week 60 minutes each session 3. Log into Spark Daily 4. Stay in my calorie range.... 5. Lose 20 lbs in 3 months
