Just saying Hi from down under lovely to see a new member on the team baby steps but i think that this team will grow and be very supportive to those in need. Thank you for getting us motivated it is not an easy task. Have been increasing my walking trying to get fit for this trip away only two weeks until we leave so starting to get my thoughts together re the packing. I have just had a big clothes cull and as the weather will be hot I do not have a huge amount to choose from now as I am a few kg down from the beginning of our summer and so all the bigger stuff I have sent to a charity shop and we are now in winter mode but can still get some nice tops that will have to do. Hope all is well in your little corner of the world

Thank you for getting in touch with me.i haven't been very active lately because my health has been going down hill. i really need support i'm not giving up just hard to get my starter going. been sick for so long i want my life back so bad. doing exercises when i can am also Diabetic those issues, Hopeing
