Hi everyone
I am back on Sparkpeople just to maintain my fitness goals and lifestyle. Here are some new goals for this new year:
1) Try and run more races
2) Eat my vitamins
3) Drink more water
4) Tone
5) Try and go to the gym at least 4x a week

Lose 8-10 lbs



Be happy Be healthy

Continue to go to the gym



Go to fitness club meetings

Hey and thanks! :) I'm doing really good even though I gained a couple pounds from the holiday. I've got a goal right now of working out 3 days a week at least. Also, I am still sticking with my eating plan now that the holidays are over. I'm hoping to get to 145 by the end of February.
How are you? :)

Thank you! I am hoping I can stay motivated. I usually have about a 3-4 day streak, and then don't feel like doing anything for a month. Haha. emoticon
