-eat 5 small meals a day within SP calorie guidelines
-eat protein, fat and carbohydrates with each meal
-drink two litres of water per day
-get moving at least 30 minutes per day
-track all food and exercise

So sorry I have been away from spark. I was excited and blessed to get pregnant last summer, I had some chalenges and setbacks with my weight loss journey BUT it has turned out for the best- I posted a blog about my pregnancy, crazy birth story and my re-start in May..

How have you been doing? Are you still following a healthy Lifestyle plan?

I am happy to restart on this healthy lifestyle journey. I just restarted May 22nd, and I am already seeing some results, but I have more to go.

This is sooooo true... Imagine where we'd be if we never started on this healthylifestyle/weightloss journey- we may still be at our heaviest weight, or heavier, and in poorer health. We've come so far, and no matter how rocky this path is, we are still on the path to weight loss and health.
