Starting Slow

My initial struggle is finding the motivation to get started. But I'm here and that's a start. Then there was the cookie....I struggle with emotional eating so my journey is as much about losing weight as it is about reining in the cookie monster and finding a healthy mind set and an outlet for the stress of life. I have the love and support of my sweet husband and I am determined to make a change.
