I have two different reward systems (more rewards!), one based on certain numbers in weight, some based on certain amounts of weight loss.
Minus 5,10, 15,20 and 25: One Adipose Baby each
90kg: 10 balls of cotton yarn (goal met + celebrated)
85kg: A day at the sauna with floating (goal met + celebrated)
80kg: Start C25K (goal met and celebrated)
75kg: Going to a Japanese restaurant
70kg: Start dance class with my companion
Final weight: A new tattoo
