I am a new mom hoping to get back to my pre-pregnancy weight. I love hiking, canyoneering, and anything "outdoorsy." I used to live out west where I could step outside my front door and go on amazing hikes. I now live in MN where hiking trails are few and far between in the area I currently live. I am hoping to find fun outdoor activities in my area to help me lose weight and gain my muscle back. I would love to meet new people with similiar interests.

My Goals:
My goals are to lose weight, get back in shape, and start eating a healthier diet. I'm a stay at home mom with a 2 year old and 5 month old which makes it difficult to get out much for some serious hiking or biking. I'm hoping this program will help get me back into a healthy life style.
My Program:
I plan to start cooking healthier meals for my family using the spark page recipes. I also plan on becoming more active. I take the 2 year old outfor walks while carrying him in a backpack, bike as often as I can, and do anything that gets me outdoors.
Personal Information:
I am from Minnesota. I have a wonderful husband, and two children, two dogs, and a cat. I love getting outside and enjoying nature! I love hiking, biking, or anything that gets me outsideI also love music, and photography.
