My Goals:
Compete in a triathlon sometime this year.

Maintain my weight without being obsessed with my food or exercise.

My Program:
I try to eat lots of whole foods and limit my intake of processed foods to only one or to "treats" a week.

I use a variety of work outs so I don't get bored. I do yoga, boxing, Zumba, run, play lacrosse, and take lots of different group exercise classes.

Personal Information:
I am originally from the east coast, but I now live in Lubbock, Texas where I teach, coach lacrosse, and travel all over the world in my free time.

Thanks for the comment and the add, I've added you also. Yes the protein shot is about the best way I've found to get it down, and no sugar. I find the whey shakes after a workout tend to be hard for me to get down as my stomach is usually a bit shaken up after a good workout.
