My Goals:
Compete in a triathlon sometime this year. Maintain my weight without being obsessed with my food or exercise.
My Program:
I try to eat lots of whole foods and limit my intake of processed foods to only one or to "treats" a week. I use a variety of work outs so I don't get bored. I do yoga, boxing, Zumba, run, play lacrosse, and take lots of different group exercise classes.
Personal Information:
I am originally from the east coast, but I now live in Lubbock, Texas where I teach, coach lacrosse, and travel all over the world in my free time.
