My Goals:
Compete in a triathlon sometime this year.

Maintain my weight without being obsessed with my food or exercise.

My Program:
I try to eat lots of whole foods and limit my intake of processed foods to only one or to "treats" a week.

I use a variety of work outs so I don't get bored. I do yoga, boxing, Zumba, run, play lacrosse, and take lots of different group exercise classes.

Personal Information:
I am originally from the east coast, but I now live in Lubbock, Texas where I teach, coach lacrosse, and travel all over the world in my free time.

Thanks for your comments on my blog today "Would You Eat It In Front of Your Husband?".

Interesting to know that even now at your goal weight, you still struggle with "sneaky" eating behaviors. I was working on the basis that it takes a month to establish a new habit. So was thinking if I could change my behavior for at least a month, it wouldn't be as much of an issue anymore. Sounds like I will have to be diligent for much longer!

Congrats on losing 145 lbs. What an inspiration! I look forward to learning more about your journey.

Wow what a quick response to my blog! Thank you for your kind words. What school do you teach in, if you don't mind me asking? I have a degree in Political Science and am at a local public university to become certified to teach Social Studies in middle and/or high school.
