My Goals:
Trying to eat more fruit and vegetables on a regular basis and want to continue to tone and build muscle.

I enjoy helping people with their fitness goals and like to motivate and give that extra push they may need.

My Program:
I do cardio and lift weights 5 times a week and like to swim at least 2 times a week.

I also do spinning 1-2 times a week.

I will go walking, hiking or kayaking anytime.

During the spring, summer and fall, I like to bike a lot outside on trails and quiet roads. Like to ride 50-150 miles a week.

Don't find exercise as a chore and actually look forward to it.


Personal Information:
I am 5'10" tall and built like a brick house. :o)

I have lived in Connecticut my whole life and am still not a fan of the cold weather.

Belong to LA Fitness and have been to most of the clubs in CT as well as the one in Springfield, MA.

Other Information:
Always looking for new people to workout with to stay motivated and have fun.
