I've had a complicated journey. After college, I lost 70 lbs doing a no carb diet, and got all the way down to 197. Then I went up to 220 and have been stuck there for the last two years. My goal is to get down to the 180's and keep it off for good.

I mostly joined for support and resources, since there are a lot of experienced weight losers on this site.
I am real easy to talk to so if you want to be Spark buddies or ask me questions just shoot!

My Goals:

My Program:
Im working out about twice a day, cardio in the morning and weights/cross fit in the evening. Total 2.5 hours per day, 5-6 days a week.

Diet: 2100 calories per day
