Once, on Regis and Kelly, Kelly mentioned how HUGE she was at nine months pregnant. That was (at the time) how much I needed to lose to not be obese anymore. Now, I weigh more. I live this journey day to day and really have no advice except to keep trying.

I love Weight Watchers philosophy....that you can eat anything as long as you track it. I haven't been there since they switched to pointsplus, and I'm counting calories this time, but I'm a WW girl at heart...if I can't imagine doing it long term--I don't want to do it today!
