My Goals:
I am getting back in shape. My goal is to increase my strength and fitness level to the point that I can enjoy hiking in the national parks. I want to hike at Yosemite. I am a winner!

My Program:
I am tracking my food, drinking 8 glasses of water a day, and doing 150 minutes of cardio and 30 minutes of strength training a week. I am also using many of the SP motivational features daily.

Hobbies: reading, scrapbooking, hiking, Red Hat Society

It seems like many of us face a continual battle to stay positive when little progress is apparent. We just have to keep in mind that we our efforts will result in a healthier life. We need to focus on how we are feeling and the energy we have to accomplish daily life tasks. I’m working hard to concentrate on my health rather than just on the number on the scale; to concentrate on non-scale victories to help me stay positive every day.
