Don't lose yourself in your fear.
I'm Diana, I'm 25. I want to get healthier. I'm tired of not getting what I want because of my weight. Not being able to shop in normal stores. Not being able to ride a roller coaster! I need a change! My motivation is simple. My Brother. My brother passed away 2 years ago to cancer at age 29. I always say now that i dedicate my life to him. How can I do that and be this way. Update: So lately i've been a horrible sparker! In August I took up a part time job to help with some bills and it turned out to be pretty horrible for the weightloss. I only went to the gym on Tuesdays and Thursdays cause those were my only days off. I started to eat bad :( Not HORRIBLE like going to McDs but if someone offered me a piece of candy i'd probably eat it. With the new year comes some good changes. My last day at that part time job was Christmas Eve. I have recently gotten another part time job at MY GYM!! I'm going to be working at the front desk checking people in for 4 hours on saturday and on sunday. And in return i get a little bit of extra money plus free membership. Plus I'll have no excuses. My eating is back on track and I'm excited to get this rolling. I think I gained about 10lbs. I got down to my 100lb goal, and now I believe I'm at about 90 again. I will weigh in for sure tomorrow morning. Encouragement is welcome. I'm back and ready to go! Welcome 2009! My Goals and Awards will be updated tomorrow when I know where I stand. Training for my half marathon in september! 3/6- 2.12 miles at 33 mins 3/7- 2.5 miles at 34 mins 3/8- 3miles at 39.57mins 3/11-3.1 miles at 40:55 mins 3/12- 3.1 miles at 39:55 (i'm in the process of training for a 5k in april so you will see a lot of 3.1miles for a while trying to shave off time!) 3/14- 3.1 miles in 39:15

My Program:
I go to the gym daily. I usually spend 60-90 mins. there. Doing both strength training and cardio. My personal trainer is amazing. I can't really afford him being a teacher. But that just means i can't eat out anymore. I want to keep paying for him cause i want to prove to him how far i can go! I always log my food in sparkpeople. I'd be lost with out it.
