My Goals:
My goal is to improve my quality of life. I'm tired of being tired. I'm sick of being sick. It's time to change my attitudes and habits. My goal is to become well enough to go out on assignment to disasters for the American Red Cross again.

62 year old retired Department of Corrections Captain. Now I volunteer with the American Red Cross as a Disaster Specialist My wife and I were married in a Wiccan Handfasting ceremony several years ago. Seems to be working :0)

I enjoy computers, reading, fishing, and spirited conversation. I tend to be a hard core conservative on most issues, and very liberal on others. (it drives my kids crazy!)
