One Day At A Time

Hi there. I'm a twenty-something with some things to work out. I'm here to redesign myself. I'm not talking just a physical redesign, but a mental and emotional redesign. I will be the confident beautiful young woman that I see somewhere, that is when I fish around. I will no longer have to fish.

Congrats on your upcoming wedding! I have a year to go until mine as well! :)

The gym I was talking about is Oakmoor in Des Moines. It's on Merl Hay Rd. Their website is here: http://www.oakmoorfitness.com/. There isn't much on the site, but you can give them a call or stop in and check out the facilities. :)

It is an older building but it is a lovely little gym, feels very secluded and personal. :)

I saw your post on EE and I am so in the same boat. I exercise and eat well but I eat too much and too often and mindlessly. I know I have medicated with food and I need to get out of that habit. Let's beat this together!!
