ReDesigning Me

I want to be the best I can be. I want to enjoy my life and be able to do anything I think I might want to do. I want to be able to wear clothes from any store I want to shop in. I want to be able to sit by a hotel poll without feeling like I should hide myself. I want to live well and play hard.

What it all comes down to is that I want to feel free to be who I am in my mind. For I am a Succulent Wild Woman and deserve to live a juicy life as Sark describes.

Personal Information:
Mother of 3

Happily married to another work-a-holic.

So far, I've lost about 60lbs. 2006 was a year spent on a long journey trying to find what works for me and finding ways to stay motivated. It wasn't an easy year, in fact I quit trying after the first 30 lbs and just maintained for about 6 months during which I gained back 10lbs. I jumped back on track in November and have shed 20lbs+. 2007kicked off to a rough start, but I've learned a lot along the way and feel stronger for all of the challenges.

Other Information:
Favorites: My DVR!

TV: CSI Miami, CSI
New York, Bones, The Unit, Criminal Minds, Numbers

Music: Theory of a Deadman, Buck Cherry, Nickelback, Seether, Keith Urban, Pink, Fallout Boy, Maroon 5, Saving Abel

Sources of Motivation: The Bigest Loser Workout DVD, book, and show; being able to buy cheap cute clothes at places like Walmart and Target; wanting to keep up with the kids

I see you are also into the Biggest Loser program, I love it so much that it has helped me lose weight!!! I now just bought the newest book the Fitness Program book and it is awesome. Those workouts are excellent for any level and any fitness goal. Keep up the good work, you can do it. Especially if you watch what you eat and keep the kick butt workout from Biggest Loser going, let me know how your success goes.
