Sorry - I just saw your comment on my blog today! The C25K program is short for "Couch to 5K". It's for beginning runners - of any age or weight. If you are interested in becoming a runner or doing a 5K (which is 3.1 miles) then that's a great place to start. It's nine weeks long (3x a week) and it's tough, but you just need to push yourself - a great test of your determination and inner strength - and believe me - I pray alot on the treadmilll too! It can be indoors or outdoors - whatever works for you. I put together a couple of playlists for my iPod that are all fast Christian songs so I have good paced music to run to.
