Mom on a Mission

I love God and I love life! I am married to a wonderful man, John. He is truly the love of my life. We are in the process and journey of blending our families. Together we have 6 children, 2 son-in-laws & 6 grandchildren!!! Talk about a full house! Our kids range in age from 28 all the way down to 8! I truly am a mom on a journey. It's an ever changing and ever learning path.

No one else can make the decision for me, I have to care about myself enough to make the right changes and ...

Thanks for the comment - yes it IS here I go again...and again and again. The difference this time is that I'm not giving up. At first I thought how 'depressing' to be on this journey for the rest of my life -- and then it came to me -- well if you'd done it all along the right way -- you wouldn't have to be on this harder journey NOW! So yep, the journey continues and I now look at the scale (but true only ONE measure of progress) as my friend. I used to avoid it like the plague but now it does keep me accountable to myself....and that's all that really matters. I'm not going to live in that 'fog' that I lived in for so many years.......and the truth shall set you free!! Yep that's true for me. Glad to see you posting....don't give up anymore...you're so worth this journey you're on......and you deserve the best for you. So come help keep me and everyone else on track......
